Online Registration Opens February 10, 2025
LA INSCRIPCIÓN EN LÍNEA ABRE EL 10 DE FEBRERO DE 2025
Children who are four years of age on or before September 1, 2025 and reside within the School District of Monroe, or wish to open enroll*, are eligible. Site preference is granted on a first-come first-serve basis.
To register online, fill out the 4K Enrollment Google Form (the link below will open at 8am on February 10, 2025). You will also need to provide a parent/guardian picture ID, child's birth certificate, proof of residency, and $20 material fee within one week of submitting the online form. You can drop off the required documents and payment to the District Office (925 16th Ave., Suite 3 in Monroe - located on the third floor of the public library). Please submit copies only. Copies will be shredded after verification. If you prefer, you can email the required documentation to laurawenger@monroe.k12.wi.us within one week of submitting your online form.

IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS WITHIN ONE WEEK, YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED ACCORDING TO THE SUBMISSION TIME STAMP AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVE PLACEMENT.
*If you wish to open enroll into the School District of Monroe, please apply for Public School Open Enrollment between February 3, 2025 - April 30, 2024. You may register your child for 4K before that time, as placement is first-come first-serve. Online 4K Registration begins February 10, 2025 at 8:00 a.m.

Niños que tengan cuatro años de edad antes del 1 de septiembre de 2025 y que residan dentro del Distrito Escolar de Monroe, o desean abrir la inscripción, son elegibles. La preferencia de sitio se otorga por orden de llegada.
Llene el Formulario de inscripcion para 4K en línea; los envíos tendrán una marca de tiempo por orden de llegada. Una vez que se haya registrado en línea, tendrá una semana para enviar por correo electrónico o entregar la documentación requerida para finalizar el proceso de inscripción. Después de completar el Formulario de inscripción de 4K en línea, envíe un correo electrónico a (laurawenger@monroe.k12.wi.us) o DEJE (en la oficina del distrito - la oficina del distrito ubicada en 925 16th Ave., Suite 3 en Monroe) la siguiente documentación dentro de una semana (o su solicitud no procesarse de acuerdo con la marca de tiempo de envío): Envíe solo copias. In-person registration is available starting January 10, 2025 at 8:30 am - 4:00 pm at the District Office (925 16th Ave., Suite 3 in Monroe - located on the third floor of the public library). If you register in person, you need to have the following documents with you:
- Parent/guardian picture ID (driver's license or state ID)
- Original birth certificate of the child
- Proof of residency (copy of lease, current utility bill or cable bill, etc.)
- $20.00 material fee (cash or check only)
