Blackhawk Technical College Exploration Days! Talons Exploration Days (TED) events at Blackhawk Technical College are coming up soon! Sign up for these exciting opportunities to explore specific programs at BTC, learn about high-demand careers, and get a preview of the college experience.
Here are the upcoming TED dates and featured programs:
Business TED: Thursday, November 5 – Accounting, Business, Culinary, Education, Hospitality Management, Digital Marketing, and Web Development
Health Sciences & Public Safety TED: Wednesday, November 18 – Health Sciences, Criminal Justice, and Emergency Services

The Mouse House is officially open! Stop in during 6th Hour (PM Flex) most days to check out the great selection of apparel, snacks, drinks, and more! New products will be added throughout the year. Interested in helping with the Mouse House? Join FBLA to talk to Mr. Pickett!
Monroe High School will be offering students in grades 10-12 the opportunity to take the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB). The ASVAB is a standardized multi-aptitude test used by the U.S. military to measure developed abilities and determine enlistment eligibility and job placement across all service branches. The test will be given on Tuesday, November 17th. Test Start time is 8:00 am and the test is free and open to any student grades 10-12. Please sign up in the Student Services Office by the end of the school day Thursday, November 12th.
MHS Theater invites you to join us for our first play, "Almost, Maine", in the Maliszewski Family Performing Arts Center at the new Monroe High School!
"On a clear, moonless night in the middle of winter, all is not what it seems in the remote town of Almost, Maine. As the northern lights hover in the sky above, Almost’s residents find themselves falling in and out of love in unexpected and hilarious ways."
Almost, Maine by John Cariani is one of the most produced plays in high schools around the country. Performances are Friday, November 6 and Saturday, November 7 at 7:00 PM and Sunday, November 8 at 2:00 PM. Attention juniors: Badger Boys State and Badger Girls State are opportunities for high school juniors to demonstrate outstanding citizenship and leadership by attending a weeklong session in June on the UW Eau Claire College Campus for boys and on the UW Oshkosh campus for girls. You will join other students from around the state to learn and put into practice various aspects of state government. You can go to the websites to find out more information.
