We would like to recognize Heidi Witt for all of her support in our wrestling program - both with her youth involvement and with the high school program. Heidi has been
involved with the program for many years (we won’t out her for the exact number of years). She spends several days each week working to organize, plan, and help at youth practice as a volunteer to ensure we have such a successful program now and into the future. She also does all of our social media and structuring of how we can help so many wrestlers engage and love the sport. We are blessed to have Heidi be part of our program.

Erik Huschitt is the man behind the scenes of Monroe Basketball, I consider him the president of Monroe basketball. You cannot have good high school teams unless you have a great youth program. Erik has led our Monroe youth basketball program for the last 11 years. He was the person who started the new uniform program so that every kid when they sign up gets a uniform that fits to use for the season, instead of families having to buy oversized jerseys so their kids would grow into them or be wearing one that was way too tight the next season. Erik helps each team have equal opportunity for gym space, basketballs to use for the season, jerseys for each kid, keeps balances for each team that runs a tournament, basically he does
it all and he does it for nothing. Thank you for making Monroe basketball great again with everything you do Erik.

Michele and Jason have been longtime supporters of Monroe Basketball, and have coached our youth teams for several years. They've cared for our youth development and spent many weekends in the gym with our players working on skills and fostering high expectations for their teams both on
and off the court. We greatly appreciate all of their time and effort building our youth program and working closely with our coaching staff to create a positive culture and experience for our players.
Youth Team Coordinator. 5th Grade Coach. 3rd Grade Coach. Courtney has worked closely with our youth programs over the last several years running open gyms, mini-camps, and coaching multiple teams. She is a huge supporter of Monroe girls basketball and wants to see the program grow each year. She is always seeking opportunities for girls to improve their skills on the court, but she also wants to grow the culture and unity of the youth basketball program by running social events for our players. We are extremely lucky to have someone like Courtney working with our future players!

Meghan has been amazing in organizing non-football activities for this season. She organized the preseason Varsity meals, set up the senior banners and posters picture day, as well as helped organize the team family picnic. This is on top of all that she does running the Monroe Booster Club, specifically in helping to create an even stronger relationship with Monroe Athletics and coaching staffs to support our sports community. Thank you, Meghan!
Head JV football coach, Mike is our technology coordinator. Mike makes sure that our live game video is working. He makes sure that our iPads are functioning, as well as our headsets for coach communication. Mike handles the team Jimmy John’s orders for away games for both JV and Varsity. Coach Figi is our financial expert/advisor for our annual fundraising event. Coach Figi always “Wins the Day” for Monroe Football. Thank you Coach Figi for all that you do!

From transferring from Cross Country over to Soccer, Mark has embraced the new culture 110%. To say he is the energizer bunny for the team wouldn't be enough. Not only has Mark been a great asset on the field, but helping out wherever needed. He has helped get us so much more organized. He is a great help and truly helps us win every day on and off the field.
A huge part of the development of youth soccer players should be credited to Stephanie and Dan Ziolkowski. Stephanie has worked behind the scenes for years as the Rebels President to schedule games, recruit players, and in general, smooth out any bumps teams may have. Dan was an excellent and loved coach of many of these Monroe Cheesemakers for years in their youth and then again last summer teaching them skills along the way. Without these two individuals, Monroe soccer wouldn't be where it is today. The Monroe soccer community gives them a big pat on the back and a big Thank-You!
Gottlieb Brandli is an amazing human who has served in all facets of soccer and is a major asset to the Monroe Soccer Program. Throughout the years he has coached, reffed, served on the youth program Rebels Board, and helped run things behind the scenes. He even serves as our bus driver! Thank-you Gottlieb for your hard work and dedication. We appreciate you.
Thank you to Katie, Brittany, and Coach Kristie's children Coleton, Cora, and Collete. We want to say thank you for all of your love and support through the mutliple seasons of Cheesemaker soccer. Without your support, we, as coaches, would not be where we are today. Whether it be late nights after road games, cold nights in the bleachers, and even Brittany sharing your husband with 19 high school boys every anniversary. We can't thank you enough. All your support does not go unnoticed, and we are so lucky to have you on our side!
We would like to thank Sarah Trombetta and Dan Schindler for their years of commitment to the boys' soccer program. Sarah has served as a coach with Rebels for years, working with many of the JV players who were on the field tonight, and is now a key parent who organizes team dinners, our team photographer, and major voice in the parents section. Sarah and Dan also took it upon themselves to find money, and personally finance the purchase of both away and home jersey kits for the boys. This is a huge donation that we want to show appreciation for. Thank you so much for your support of our program. You are making a difference and helping Monroe soccer get better.

Coach Dehn is our JV2 volleyball coach and has been a longtime supporter and coach of Monroe Athletics, including volleyball and girls basketball. Bill picks up and organizes the team Jimmy John orders for away games, can be seen behind the scenes taking statistics for varsity matches, and is always good for a piece of advice or witty saying to make you smile and laugh when needed. Bill has been an integral part of building the foundation of volleyball for the athletes as they transition from middle to high school athletics. Thank you, Bill for your many years of dedication to Monroe athletics and the volleyball program!
For as long as I've been coaching here at Monroe, Carol is a consistent presence at the scorer table doing score books for the JV and Varsity matches. This job is not an easy one to fill but Carol steps up every season to help us out. We appreciate the time you give up for each home match to help! Thank you for always doing such a great job and for supporting our volleyball program!

Coach Cleary has been a part of Hounds Cross Country since 2005, making this his 20th year with the program. He has played every role imaginable, currently a volunteer coach, to allow him to run the middle school program - helping to ensure the Cheesemakers future is as bright as its past. Even while running the middle school program, he rarely misses a Saturday meet and can be counted on to bring the energy and passion in his speeches. The program would not be what it is without him. Coach Cleary is taking on a new role outside of the School District of Monroe this year, teaching 3rd grade at St. Victor School, but we are thrilled that he will still be staying with the program.
