Water is Your Best Drink:         Clear water is poured into a glass, creating ripples and bubbles.
  • Details: Your body uses water to regulate temperature, transport nutrients, and eliminate waste. Without enough water, you may feel tired or dizzy.
  • Tip: Aim for 6-8 glasses of water daily and increase intake during exercise or hot weather.
 
Seniors: Caps and gowns will be delivered to MHS for pick-up on Tuesday, Feb. 24. They will be distributed in the M-Room during all 3 lunch periods. IF YOU HAVE NOT YET ORDERED YOUR CAP AND GOWN, PLEASE STOP IN THE OFFICE!!
Have you bought your yearbook yet? You only have until February 27th to secure your copy of the 25/26 M-Book!  Not sure if you've bought yours? Check the list in the office window. Books can be bought at Jostens.com or in the office with cash/check. 
 
AUDITIONS for the Fine Arts Festival One-Act play will be held Tuesday, February 17th and Wednesday, February 18th during flex. The play, The Greek Mythology Olympiaganza is about two
battling professors trying to put all of Greek mythology into a 40 minute lecture. Practices will begin in March.
 
Current sophomores or juniors: Link Crew is now accepting applications for the 2026-2027 school year! Link Crew is a program that helps freshmen transition to high school by pairing them with mentors from the upperclassmen. If you are interested in applying, check your email for more details! Applications are due March 20th.
