Listen to Your Thirst:               Details: Thirst is your body’s way of telling you it needs water. By the time you feel thirsty, you’re already slightly dehydrated, so don’t wait to drink water. Tip: Carry a reusable water bottle with you and sip throughout the day.

 
 
Current sophomores or juniors: Link Crew is now accepting applications for the 2026-2027 school year! Link Crew is a program that helps freshmen transition to high school by pairing them with mentors from the upperclassmen. If you are interested in applying, check your email for more details! Applications are due March 20th.
