MMS - Online Registration opens Monday, August 3rd

To all MMS families,

Monroe Middle School Back-to-School information was emailed on Thursday, July 30.  Email will become our main form of communication so it is very important to make sure that parents have accurate emails entered in our system.  This will be the case for building communication as well as weather notifications, etc.  The program that we are using is called ParentSquare.  There was a QR code in the back to school email that will allow you to set up a connection with the School District of Monroe.  And there is also an app that can be downloaded on your phones.

Family Access will open Monday, August 3 at 8:00 AM for all buildings.  You will need to complete the registration process online through Family Access for all of your students individually.  This is where you will update addresses, phone numbers, emails, etc. for your students. If you have forgotten your login information for Family Access, you can click on “Forgot your Login/Password” to reset your account or call the office for assistance.  There is a similar command to reset your Fee Management account.

In addition to updating family information, we have other forms included in the on-line registration process. Food service agreements,health forms, chromebook user agreements, and fee waivers are all part of the on-line registration process.

Schedules will be visible to parents and students once the online registration process is completed by a parent or guardian.  There are still a lot of schedule changes happening on our end to be ready for the start of school.  Please be aware that even if you see your schedule this week, there may be changes that happen before school starts.  All students will receive a paper copy of their schedule on their first day in the building for classes.

If you need assistance with  online registration, the office staff is available to help during our walk-in help days on August  10th-13th  from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.  If you absolutely cannot make those days and need assistance, you may call the office to set up a time to come.  Our number is 608-328-7120.

ELL staff will be available to assist with Registration at Monroe Middle School on August 11th from 9am-1pm and August 12th from 11am-3pm.

Fee payments can be made through Fee Management online via credit card or checking account. If you prefer to pay with cash or check, you can turn payments into the office at any time or send it with your student when school starts.

Lockers are not assigned yet so that information will not be visible yet. They will be assigned later in August.  When it is available, lockers will appear in the Student Information tab.
