MMS - Online Registration Reminder and MMS office hours for August

To all MMS families,

We are sending out this reminder that all families should complete the registration process online if you have not done so already. This is where you will update addresses, phone numbers, etc for your students. If you have forgotten your login information for Family Access, you can click on “Forgot your Login/Password” to reset your account or call the office for assistance. There is a similar command to reset your Fee Management account. 

As of August 13, 83% of our families have completed this process! Great job! 

If you have not completed the online registration yet, please take a few moments to complete this in Family Access as soon as possible.  This process must be completed by August 31. There are many forms that can be completed during this process, such as chromebook user agreements, food service forms, and health office permissions.  It is very important that this is completed for all students. If you need assistance with  online registration, the office staff is available to help during the week. Office staff will be unavailable from time to time as we attend meetings/training over the next 2 weeks.

MMS Office hours for the remainder of August will be:

August 13 - Open 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

August 14 - Office is closed all day

August 17-20 - Open 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

August 21 - Office is closed all day

August 24 - Open 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM  (Remainder of the day, we are in meetings.)

August 25 – Open 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

August 26 - Open 12:30 PM - 8:00 PM  (We are in meetings for the morning hours.)  

  Remember that Open House is 4:00-8:00 PM this evening.

August 27 – Open 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM

August 28 – Open 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM

August 31 - Open 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Please call to make sure we are available at 608-328-7120 (Just in case a meeting goes longer than planned). Payments can be made online via credit card or checking account. If you prefer to pay with cash or check, you can turn that into the office at any time.
