Blackhawk Technical College will be hosting a Financial Aid night at the Monroe BTC Campus on Wednesday, Oct. 29 from 5-8 pm. This is open to all students whether they plan to attend BTC or not.  Members of our BTC Financial Aid team will be on hand to assist with questions and assisting with completing the process.

The event is FREE and will include bowling, pizza, cookie decorating, face painting, quiet crafts, and camaraderie. Costumes are encouraged but not required! Any students/athletes interested in wrestling this winter season please sign-up outside the Wood Shop door (Y15) or come talk to Coach Witt in the Wood Shop during Flex Periods.  Please grab an information sheet when you sign-up.  Wrestling is open to both boys and girls.

Monroe High School is offering the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB). 
The ASVAB measures developed abilities and helps predict future academic and occupational success in the military.  Test information is below.  
Test is open to any current 10th-12th grader
Test Date - Tuesday, November 4th
Test Start Time - 8am
Test Location - G08 
Exam cost - Free
In order to sign up please stop in student services.  The last day to sign up is Wednesday, October 29th at 3:30.

On Saturday, October 25 the Monroe High School Junior Optimists is organizing a trip to Schuster’s Farms Haunted Forest in Deerfield, WI.  Anyone can attend! Students will be transported by bus. Monroe High School field trip rules of conduct will be enforced. We will leave from the M Room at 5:00pm and plan to return to Monroe no later than 11:00pm (possibly earlier). There is a limit of 50 students.

 Haunted Forest!

• Saturday, October 25, the Monroe High School Junior Optimists is organizing a trip to Schuster’s Farms Haunted Forest in Deerfield, WI.  
• Anyone can attend! 
• Students will be transported by bus. 
• We will leave from the M Room at 5:00pm and plan to return to Monroe no later than 11:00pm (possibly earlier). 
• Permission slips are outside Ms. Lehto's room (G03). 
• Cost is $25 due with your permission slip. It covers the haunted forest. Corn maze and treats are extra. We will stop at Kwik Trip. Bring extra cash if you want. 
• There is a limit of 50 students.
• Monroe High School field trip rules of conduct will be enforced.
